This brief was interesting and exciting at first. Hyperloop looks like a really interesting invention, that will change transport forever. So giving it an identity sounded like a fun thing to do. We went into groups of our choice and our definitley worked well together. We all got along and we're able to tell someone the truth if there was any problems coming up. We all agreed on the design decisions so there was no surprises and everything was a group effort.
I think I personally struggled with keeping motivated with this brief after a while. Research was a bit difficult because Hyperloop doesn't exist and looking at other trains or busses doesn't excite me that much. I don't think my dislike for the brief jeopardised the work or the groups effort however, because I was involved and not being difficult.
It is good experience to work with professionals, especially a group of them and to present in front of them. I thought I'd be intimidated but they were all lovely and helpful so it made the process a lot easier. The presentation was good, it was good to learn what's important about a pitch, how to lay it out, include and exclude.
