Studio Brief 2, Design Decisions

I always go for quite simple clean looking design when I am designing something. For the It's up to you brief, i felt that using just type and a stroke of colour would be appropriate because that is my style personal to me. 

I chose Orator Std typeface for the font because I have used it in the past and know I really liked it. It's an uppercase typeface which I find easier to read and it also goes with the clean simple look.

I also like to use lines of colour to introduce colour and not overuse it. I think the lines of colour organise the type and make your eyes look at what I want them to look at.

Next year I do want to start doing more interesting and detailed work because I love detailed work and when I paint, I always go for the most difficult and textured images, I want to incorporate that in my work.
